Project Controls Manager
• Report to Client, PMC PD and associated program PMO (MACE) Project description:
• Entertainment complex, food and beverage, and retail, public plaza and green spaces are combined with world-class activities and attractions that engage and excite. Responsible for: Pre-Construction phase:
• Create and Development of L1, L2, schedule of work reflecting the design, procurement and construction phases of the program .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.
• Work closely with estimators and financial analysts to develop accurate cost estimates for the project.
• Analyze and evaluate cost drivers, potential risks, and uncertainties.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks. Construction Phase:
• Manage Development of L1, L2, and L3 schedule and assess contractors' baseline and updates.
• Implements Project control procedures and ensures compliance with those procedures by the PMC and Contractors
• Coordinate the identification of risks, preventive measures, or corrective actions, as much as required to improve the project status and mitigate the risks.
• Managing project scope and changes
• Identifying potential issues & outlining solutions.
• Following up with the team for the needed reporting system
• Provide independent advice to the team concerning specific or common contract queries.
• Summarizes program-level reporting into concise and transparent Executive Management Reporting, including Dashboards, Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, and other ad-hoc reports.
