Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market.
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, primarily insurance direct clients.
• Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients.

• Handles preparation of customs clearance and documents for deliveries
• Initiates D.P. World payments for local deliveries, import and export shipments.
• Implements timely submission of Dubai Customs documents.
• Prepare documents for Dubai Customs submission.
• Prepare local Import Document.
• Prepare manual transfer documents.
• Coordinates with Dubai Customs Authorities for random inspection of goods.
• Coordinating with Dubai Customs Authorities for documents submission.
• Very good in working on MIRSAL 2 system and Dubai trade website.
• Handling customer calls, chat, emails or social media.
• Follow up & resolve customer complaints/follow up via phone, email, chat or social media.
• Assist customers for their enquiries about flights and locations.
• Adhere to the call scenario & maintaining the AHT (Average Handling Time)
• Answer questions about services, after service, deals and promotions.
• Meeting Client quality communicated standards of the call, Chat, Email and social media.
• Retaining customers via phone, email or social media.
• Carries responsibility for meeting communicated targets: lead generation, KPIs, etc.
• Work with customer service Supervisor to ensure proper customer service experience is being delivered.
• Participates in individual & team training/meetings to bring knowledge up-to-date.
• Adheres to Client policies & procedures.
• Achieves the FCR (First Call Resolution) target: particularly for support calls
• Adheres to work schedule and accommodates business requests (including flexible locations & working hours)
• Maintains confidentiality of the customer data and promo codes.
