Prepare, implement and follow-up preventive and predictive maintenance plans to
ensure equipment reliability.
Collaborate in the definition and preparation of preventive and predictive maintenance work instructions to facilitate the execution of maintenance activities.
Analyze the feedback from executed maintenance activities in order to enhance the maintenance plans.
Prepare the maintenance department periodical statistical reports to help evaluating maintenance activities and provide the management with information for decision making.
Prepare planned shutdown plan including scope, resources, schedule and cost estimates in order to ensure timely and efficient plan implementation.
Manage stare parts information and specification to ensure accurate purchasing of spare parts.
Provide technical documentation requested by different maintenance disciplines to ensure proper execution of maintenance activities.
Control the issuance of work orders using CMMS according to ensure effective implementation of maintenance programmes.
Assist in evaluating maintenance contractor's performance to ensure that services provided meet contract scope and aligned with Company policies.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure that detailed work scopes and plans are prepared and approved in support of all maintenance activities.
Schedule a shutdown by Primavera P6 and ensuring that all jobs routed to shutdown are fully scoped with material, labor and support requirements.
Develop activity schedule include calendars, define resource codes, activity codes, assign resources etc., analysis and leveling of critical resources to optimize the resources/schedule, identify the risk & constraints of the schedule and develop an integrated workable shutdown schedule.
Develop and implement all processes and procedures to ensure that all work orders (CM, PM/Pdm and EM) and associated notifications are closed on time.
Develops and maintains a current backlog summary of maintenance repairs and Preventive Maintenance / Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) inspections due also evaluates the level of backlog and provides recommendations on use of overtime for priority repairs and PM scheduling.
Responsible for supporting, implementation and administration of (CMMS-Maximo 7.5)
Determines the material and spare parts availability prior to scheduling. Works with craft supervisors and crafts work force to determine parts required on major repair.
Develops and provides the data (MTTR/MTBF) and recommendations for improving equipment reliability.
Reviews the equipment repair history and PM/PdM results for failure trends and supports maintenance in identifying and correcting root causes of major failures
Championing the compiling and reporting on all current Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key member in Maximo V7.5 Implementation Project:
Develops FDS-Function Design Specification (System Configuration, Workflows and Reports) to meet maintenance standard and company management policies and roles.
Collect and develop all Data Gathering Standard-DGS required for the system.
Develop job plans and standard repair practices during DGS-Data Gathering Standard process. Coordinates the entering of job plans to the CMMS-Maximo 7.5 and updating these standard job plans as required according Change data process.
Develop and set all required maintenance KPI’s in the system and reports formats and their regular basis according company requirements.
Maintenance Planning and CMMS Engineer.
o Responsible for assisting with the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventive, predictive and Corrective maintenance, also Responsible for planning and scheduling of plant routine maintenance and shutdown activities using CMMS .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
• Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Maintains equipment information and repair files.
• Monitor maintenance KPI's like daily and monthly reports, progress in schedules, analyze repeated problems with maintenance staff.
• Assist other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects.
• Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
• Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems.
Maintenance Planning and CMMS Engineer.
o Responsible for assisting with the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventive, predictive and Corrective maintenance, also Responsible for planning and scheduling of plant routine maintenance and shutdown activities using SAP-R/3 (PM/MM modules) and work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable maintenance system and maintenance team, and work independently.

Reliability Engineer:
o Responsible for World Class Manufacturing (WCM) maintenance projects for cost reductions and equipment’s performance enhancement by using the tools and resources for Lean Maintenance and Manufacturing, 5S and TPM.
o Updated equipment data, PM's (Preventive Maintenance), task lists and diagnostic methods as necessary to improve reliability.
o Analysis of each failure and carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
o Responsible for creating charts, diagrams and reports to be distributed to management.
o Responsible for participating in continuous improvement activities.
o Develop reliability matrices and regularly evaluate with internal and external benchmarks.
