•Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
•Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.
•Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
Install and setup Point of Sale software and all hardware environment, POS machines, Thermal printers, Cash drawers and customer display.
•Network installation, Cabling, switching, Routers, and servers.
•Install and configure Accounting Systems.
•Provide user support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
•Perform analysis of highly complex technical problems.
•Resolve and troubleshoot large and highly complex problems.
•Assist and coordinate with service engineers.
•Participate in and support cross-functional teams.
