o Correspond with clients on recruitment needs; arrange second
interview for the clients, Recap with clients on the final feedback of
interviews regarding the finally shortlisted candidates.
o Receive CVs and applications submitted to the company.
o Screen CVs and short-listing suitable candidates to meet the criteria
of the requested job vacancy,
o Contact short-listed candidates for preliminary interview.
o Prepare Contracts & job offers for new hires.
o Attend employment fairs to maximize our data base.
* Seif Group
o Handle the hiring needs for the white & blue collars.
o Performing recruitment life cycle, starting from creating vacancy
announcement up to interviewing candidates.
o Setting up with other departments for new vacancies and 2nd
interviews.
o provide guidance and assistance to newly hired in preparing
credentials.
o Representing Seif Group in job fairs and in making agreements with
educational institutions..
o Delegating tasks to recruitment coordinators
o Reporting recruitment establishments.
* Spinoza For Restaurants Management
o Handle the hiring needs for the white & blue collars.
o Create a sustainable pool of potential candidates for several
vacancies.
o Update and maintain the job description bank.
o Maintain the hiring process in terms of all administrative work "
testing, employment application, etc.."
o Handle the blue collars interviews.
o Completing timely reports on employment activity.
o Making recommendations to enhance the hiring plans & process
o Following up on the interview process status.
o Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to
ensure staffing goals are achieved.
o Communicating employer information and benefits during
screening process.
* LEONI
Direct Recruitment Trainee (Blue collars)
o May 2015 - December 2015
o Prepare HR test for candidates.
o Provide support to the Recruitment team.
o Entering applications into tracking system.
o Pre-screening candidates via phone.
o scheduling interviews.
o Handling the medical checkup forms.
o Represent the firm in corporate events, employment fairs.
o Assist in designing innovative banners and roll ups.
o Additional duties and special HR projects as needed.
