• Responsible for ministry of defense (MOD) maintenance projects for all Infantry battalion low beds and tractors heads contracts
• Implement and facilitate operational risk framework on a company wide basis, which identify and assess operational risk as well as recommend mitigation plans to manage those risks
• Analyze operational risk trends/risk inter-relationships Incident reports, Operational losses, etc. and highlight key learning and results along with recommended action plans to senior management and risk committees.
• Responsible for maintaining adequate supply of workshop supplies and materials. Assures proper maintenance of equipment, tools and housekeeping. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.
• Provides direction and leadership to the team to achieve high quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Reviewing production orders and schedules in order to plan departmental operations.
• Reviewing the production and operating reports to identify operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems and to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Operational losses: Manage the recording of operational losses of the company and ensure these are addressed through reporting, effective root cause analysis, etc. and recommend appropriate actions for operational loss prevention.
• Making key estimating and project decisions.

Responsibilities
• Reviewing production orders and schedules in order to plan departmental operations.

Responsibilities
• Managing operations Submerged Arc Welded Helical Seam (HSAW) Carbon Steel Line Pipe facility (16”-120”).
• Managing Submerged Arc Welded Longitudinal Seam (LSAW) Carbon Steel Line Pipe Facility (16”-82”).
• Managing one of the major pipes coating plant in the Middle East region. "Selmer’s External Coating Plant I & II (6-64 inch)
• Three Layer Polyethylene/Polypropylene (PE/PP) Pipe
• Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Stand Alone and Dual Layer External Pipe Coating facility.
• Pipe Internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Lining facility
• John Pickle Middle East Division plant of pressure vessels.
• Plan and review engineering activity, provide technical issues, establish measure for process performance Constantly updated the company’s contact and mailing lists.
• Scheduling of the production planning, manpower, material, equipment & activities for actual daily needs to the factory.
• Preparing monthly and annual Production reports containing analysis and statistical processes.
• Estimating all the calculation of forming for spiral machines, end beveling machines and hydrotest machines
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the company provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at company & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2000.
• Execution of project with Quality Assurance and Commitments. Internal Quality Audit verifying and preparing the Quality manuals, MS, ITPs Quality procedures& risk assessment.
• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility;
• Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible;
• Ensure Raw materials and components are Purchased on an optimum manner;
• Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of Raw Material & Components to Factory floor;
• Work closely with Technical Department/Estimation to determine trends and areas of improvement;
• Research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality;
• Liaise with Sales Department to understand the market need and develop new products, as per Sales recommendation, to meet the market requirements;
• Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies;
• Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency;
• Ensure scrap rates are to the minimum;
• Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel;
• Monitor operation expenses;
• Develop and execute the Factory budget in consultations with various Departments;

Responsible for site health and safety, ensuring that personnel are using correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to HSE zero tolerance regulations. Met all requirements for full security clearance and maintained a Common Access Card (CAC)
