Accounts.
- Organize and Conduct Training Sessions for The Selected reseller including: - Product Overview, Solutions,
Programs, Sales tactics, Tools, …etc
- Awareness of brand Programs, Promotion and Tools. Monitor changes and updates.
- Attending weekly online web training sessions(Sales, Technical& Operational) to enhance knowledge and
capability to position solutions effectively and support Re-sellers.
- Suggesting Development Plan for Network Division Staff and suggesting required Technical and So Skills
Training.
- Training for Metra Networking Division Staff on new Programs, tools, etc..
- Working Closely with Metra Marketing Dept .on Developing Marketing Plan and help to get Budget from
Vendor to run these activities, including :-Promotions, incentive Programs, Seminars, Loyalty Programs … ..etc
- Monitor SMB (Small Medium business) coverage and ensure Profitable Revenue Growth.
- Plan to implement successful Lead generation activities.
- Explore new Business opportunity in the Current product Portfolio such as New Partner (Horizontal Growth)
or address opportunities with existing Partner(Vertical Growth)
- Capture new opportunities and Suggest new brands to be added to Networking Division portfolio.
