•Over all responsibility of transport department
•Develop operation manual & Maintain operation standards.
•Developing & implementing delivery schedule and policy.
•Monitor the operation in order to ensure that staff members comply with the company rules, safety procedures & government regulations.
•Maintain good relation with fuel supplier ( ARAMCO)
•Develop workshop & maintenance manual to maintain regular maintenance procedure & program.
•Prepare future plan to expand the fleet & department operation
•Developing the financial budget (English & Arabic).
•Develop & direct the operation department in order to obtain the use of equipment’s, facilities.
•Direct activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking transportation vehicles.
•Develop safety manual & promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meetings with supplier ( ARAMCO).
•Conduct investigation in cooperation with government agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures
•Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services
•Conduct employee training sessions on subjects such as hazardous material handling, quality improvement & etc.

Supporting Services Directorate is considered the backbone for all company’s sectors, responsible for preparing contract forms, general and special conditions and follow up executing the same. The directorate consists of three sections as follows:

a)Public Services Section

Responsible for all services, revenue, and maintaining facilities contracts

•Such as (Cleaning facilities contract, cleaning buses contract, security guarding contract, leased cars contract, insecticides workshops contract, residential buildings lease contracts, maintenance spare parts contracts, air-conditions maintenance contracts, generators contracts, nutrition contracts, in addition to managerial contracts such as: managing commercial shops and cafeterias inside stations contracts, loading and unloading contracts, ATM contracts
b)Projects Section
•Supervising executing all company's projects contracts throughout the kingdom via projects section, these projects reached over 130.000.000 SAR annually, represented in implementing typical stations of Al-Hassa, Qassim, business place of company’s subsidiary in Haier over total area of 1.400.000m2, with total value of 110, 000, 000 SAR. In addition to preventive maintenance for all stations and business places of the company throughout the Kingdom

c)Insurance Section
•This section includes insuring buses, properties, maintaining trusts, insurance against thefts in total value between 14.000.000 to 20.000.000 SAR. Managing Medical Insurance branch for all company’s employees and their families for one year, persons covered under insurance amounting over 14000 persons in total value of 24.000.000 SAR before attaching the same to Human Resources.
