Job Summary: Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly, Maintains and oversees a companys grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. Negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations, and coordinating renovations and updates, maintenance, safety, and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the buildings & employees, Define and clarify scope of work, Operation and Maintenance of Campus Facilities, SABIC, DOW at KAUST project, Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, KPI and life cycle requirements. Plan and manage facility central hard and soft services, Develop the maintenance plan, develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Develop maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems within the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Manage the facilitys maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure the facility complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement energy conservation measures to reduce utility costs.
• Develop the staff training and development program.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs effectively to align them with client overall strategy and vision.
• Develop the necessary SOPs for the organization, Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Management Plan, HSE Risk Management Plan, Quality Management Plan and Sustainability Plan.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants or occupants regarding facility-related issues or requests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment & spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance performance, including key metrics such as downtime, maintenance costs, and compliance status.

• Ensure that the facility complies with relevant regulations and codes.
• Address the needs and concerns of tenant and stakeholders and ensure effective communication, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive relationships with them.
• Developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans to respond to various types of emergencies.
• Encompassing various aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and management to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.

QD-SBG O&M (Qatari Diar-Saudi Binladin Group) Doha, Qatar 2012-2018
Project: Hamad International Airport, Facilities Management Services (FM 0001), Cargo Complex Facilities & Telecommunications interfaces buildings. Job Summary: Ensure proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrate adequate planning of Low Current Systems including but not limited to BMS, FAS, CCTV, ACS (Gates & Shutter Doors) and UPS Systems.
• Manages operation and maintenance of LC section and provides technical support for the Following Systems: Fire Alarm Detection System (EST3 - VESDA System), Fire Fighting Systems control (Sprinkler System - FM200 System - Pre-action System), Building management system BMS & SCADA system, telecommunications Panels, CCTV & LAN Networks, Access Control system ACS systems for all types of Access Gates and doors.
• Testing, Maintaining & Modifying the above-mentioned Systems. Analysing data and presenting findings in written reports.

• Manages operation and maintenance and provide technical support for the Following Systems: LVS Panels, Power Distribution panels. Building lighting system, lighting control panels, LV generators, Low current systems and IT systems, Monitoring & Control HVAC System.
• Responsible to review the new projects scope for Electrical & Low current systems.
• Following the Project closure, Delivering the punch list, attended the testing and commissioning, Budget closeout.
