• Private Placement & Due Diligence - During multi-million USD private placement arrangements, I have worked with Pwc, Protiviti, Amwal Al Khalej, Muscat Capital and Saudi Venture Capital. Compiled company’s Due Diligence file by collecting records and information from related departments.
• Internal Audit - physical checking of supplies, to insure about which items we demanded from supplier and that item are fulfills our demand or not.
• Prepare Financial Statements (Condensed Income statement, Segmented Income Statements, Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income and Comparative Income Statements).
• Prepare all regions and showrooms profitability report that provides top management; the actual performance of 50 retail showrooms, six distribution regions, 100+ cost centres around the country (Saudi Arabia).
• Analysis of Financial Statements (Entity wise and Expense wise) through Graphical Representation. Also includes Comparative Analysis between current & previous period.
• Hands-on experience for making charts and graphs of all types that assists the higher management in decision making.
• Opening LC’s (Letters of Credit) upon request by purchase department using the finance facilities offered by Kingdom’s seven largest Banks.
• Prepare cheques for disbursements to subsidiaries for their payroll, shipping, customs and other miscellaneous expenses. (Dubai, Bahrain & Kuwait Branches)
• Make TT (Telex transfers) for foreign payments in dollars, euro etc.
• Prepare logistic cost report region wise, cost center wise and compare month wise cost with previous year.
• Periodically visit company warehouses with CFO Group for improvements in system and as well as for employee empowerment procedures.
I have done job in Riyadh Consultative Clinics after Bachelors in Commerce. My work was based on MS Excel approving claims from corporate clients of Riyadh Consultative Clinics. I performed monthly closing of all claims with complete accounts book-keeping of payments made by the claimants and residuals due to the respective client; the calculations were processed through formula inputs in Excel.
I worked on Oracle ERP to control and manage complete database that included inventory and agreements revision and status updates.
