1.Assistant Construction Manager, dealing with issues associated with the Construction Department.
2.Written and verbal reporting to Construction Manager on procedural matters.
3.Monitor & Control the activities at the site to validate project/client requirements.
4.Coordinate assigned activities with the main contractor (NESMA & Partners).
5.Prepare & submit weekly & monthly reports of the site activities to the project director.
6.Quality control in accordance with CSIs/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the contractor.
7.Liaising with contractor, stakeholders and another professional staff.
1.Reporting to and advising senior management and client as required on all elements and
facets of managing the design and construction process.
2.Corresponding with consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.
3.Maintain sound management processes and document control procedures; oversee quality
assurance & file management.
4.Monitor, review and manage the performance of all contractors & vendors providing services to
the client using contract deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
5.Attend or chair meetings and / or workshops with consultants and sub-contractors, prepare meeting minutes and follow up to achieve identified actions.
6.Review and report on Cost Estimates, design submissions, technical reports.
7.Support the Project manager to ensure the delivery of the contracted PM services to the client.
1.Study and choose a suitable structural system for the building.
2.Developing & Prepare structural system using AutoCAD program.
3.Analyze and design all structural elements using manual calculations and different software (i.e. SAFE, PROKON, PCA…etc.).
4.Using computer simulations (i.e. ETABS & SAP) to predict how structures will react under different lateral loads (i.e. Wind & Earthquake).
5.Coordinating with different disciplines (i.e. Arch, MEP).
6.Preparing reports (i.e. Design Criteria & Calculations) and drawings (Conceptual & Detailed).
7.Prepare & Issue Tender drawings for bidding.
1.Studying and propose a suitable structural system for the project.
2.Co-ordinate with other disciplines (Arch & MEP) for any contradictions.
3.Analysis and Design of All Structural members (sub-structure & super structure).
4.Prepare & Issue design drawings & calculations report.
5.Calculate the quantities of the designed structure (i.e. Concrete & Steel Quantities).
