The Segment Sales Engineer is responsible for maximizing sales of a segment’s products and services for their assigned account(s) within a GeoMarket or region.
The Segment Sales Engineer applies a strong understanding of their segment offering, including new technology, to customer problems to help the client achieve greater success.
The Segment Sales Engineer establishes lasting professional relationships with his/her customers.
Field Operations:
■Maintains close client contacts and ensures awareness of proposed client activity.
■Plans and submits for the Operations Managers approval, requirements regarding Personnel and equipment.
■Organizes and controls the maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures.
■Ensures that the operating cells are adequately equipped, as per Service Segment policies, to provide adequate working and maintenance facilities.
■Controls storage, inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rigs and in the shop.
■Plans all operations with the Operating Engineers and provides them with the necessary assistance to ensure high quality service with the best economical and technical efficiency.
■Promotes respect for operating procedures and adherence to safety regulations.
■Constantly evaluates the quality and efficiency of field operations through personal observations, analysis of reports and Quality Control and determines corrective action. Conducts field visits of operations.
■Ensures prompt and efficient reporting and administration, according to Company regulations.
Personnel:
■Organizes, leads and controls the training of all Personnel reporting to through the implementation of the relative Technical Training Programs.
■Regularly reviews the performance of every employee reporting to him/her and communicates with them about achievements during the regular performance appraisals.
■Ensures that Company policies are well understood, accepted and followed by the Personnel under his/her supervision. Acts as the Representative of the Management towards the Field, as well as of the Field towards Management.
Supervising DST/TCP/Down hole gauges jobs. Introducing IRDV in the Geo market to several clients and train the team to run the tool.
Supervising and run DST/TCP/Gauges jobs. Preparing the tools and executed the job, Generate final report using DART
