Maintaining the full responsibilities of the Investment & Business Development department based on the fact that both departments are merged within the strategic planning department in addition to
• Lead the corporate strategy formulation of the company
• Setting the corporate strategy plan of the company
• Responsible for preparing and consolidating all the subsidiaries business plan and long term goals
• Responsible for preparing all business plans for new opportunities
• Setting the medium term and long term goals of the company from commercial and technical points of views
• Lead the effort of developing the business planning model

• Identify a portfolio of business development prospects and opportunities that is consistent with company strategy for developing new business/acquisitions in view of forecasted cash flows of OTH and the Group
• Execute the necessary analyze and evaluate prospective partners and market opportunities from a financial and business perspective
• Handle the discussions and negotiations with potential partners
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal groups to maximize partnership effectiveness
• Define and spearhead execution of business development goals
• Responsible for the decision making of all investment and business development through internal investment committees
• Support all business development activities including Business Development strategies design, financial analysis negotiations with equity participations, etc..
• In association with Strategic Planning Dept., contribute to business planning analysis for new business development opportunities and lead the efforts for production of related bids
• Participate and advise on acquisitions/new licenses .
• Advise on OT portfolio/capital structure to ensure the best value for the holding
• Responsible for all the reports generated on business development matters to be submitted in a timely manner for review by the Board
• Lead the development of all the business plans and bid documents for all new opportunities
• Responsible for preparing and consolidating all the necessary bid documents
• Leading the different teams involved in the process and directing the meetings taking place in and outside Cairo

•Setting the company’s overall objectives
•Responsible for the Accounting Controller function for almost 6 months till now capitalizing on both my strength and deep understanding of the telecom industry in liaison with my financial knowledge
•Negotiating best terms for CAPEX facilities and reiterative evaluation of the company’s capital structure
•Involved in compiling the company’s annual reports, and providing for a smooth reporting mechanism to the board of directors, shareholders and the holding company
•Liaising with OTH with respect regular periodic reporting and final endorsement of strategic issues and alternatives if needed
•Providing solutions and business cases validations for company's activity in order to evaluate and validate the action
•Setting the company over all strategy focusing on the commercial & the technical plans targeted at setting up new segments
•Setting the company's facility with the lenders and the repayment schedule based on the understanding of the commercial plan & the technical plan (attaining financing from suppliers through long term loans and setting repayment schedules in conjunction with the company’s commercial plan & the technical plan)
•Leading an assessment & training program for the talent management program to build a second layer of management

• Responsible for participating in developing and implementing the overall strategic plan for the companies. This also includes hiring Top Management Senior Directors and evaluating their performance against the companies’ ambitious expansionary goal • Setting the overall company strategy, with a focus on the marketing plan, targeted at setting up new funds • Responsible for the overall company’s performance, and follow-up and coordination with department heads • Expanding the Company’s services to incorporate a regional perspective. This was initiated through the successful conclusion of a deal through which Prime Investments would act as Valetta Fund Management investment advisor in the Middle East region, with initial coverage of Egypt and Morocco
