•Responsible for handling daily deals in Laptops, IT and Gadgets Categories for UAE.
•Souring the merchant with the wide range of product lineup
•Negotiating & signing the daily deals for the lowest price possible

•Corrective actions against slow moving stock and liquidating or returning ageing stock consistently
•Negotiate with vendors for annual promotions - DSF, DSS, GITEX and secure exclusive offers.
•Continuously drive in competitive promotional deals in comparison to other competitors in the market.
•Carry out regular online store visits to ensure display / availability compliance at Website level.
•Supervise and re-order for replenishment of stocks.
•Maintain system catalogue with new product listing, selecting Brands & maintaining competitive pricing.

• Process all purchase orders, including coding and managing all information through excel order
sheet (Order tracker, Buyer Tracker, Order confirmation, Packing lists, Payments)
• Liaise with suppliers and buyers, acting as intermediary to expedite deliveries and resolve any
issues relating to delivery.
• Communicate with the warehouse on all issues relating to delivery, monitoring the number of
deliveries received/managed within delivery window.

• Liaise with merchandising counterparts to understand and analyze reports and maintain
awareness of progress against budgets and plans articulated by the Merchandising team to ensure
orders are consistent.
• Solicit written and telephone quotations from supplier and assist in tabulating bids.
• Ensure all products are accurately categorized and described on the website and have all the
details required.
• Responsible for the input of accurate cost and selling prices.
• Ensure all data entry is completed in line with the buying critical path.
• Constantly support customer service team in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
