Ensure store administration is going smooth and is being reviewed on a daily weekly
and monthly basis.
• Monitoring the handling of customer complaints line with the company policy.
• To maintain strict levels of confidentiality with regard to all areas of the business
particular commercial information and personal details of employees.
• Ensure store expectation and priorities and communicated within the team member
and regularly review.
• Monitor sales performance against last years, monthly, and weekly basis and
communicate with the team members.
• Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store including all non
retail areas.
• Maintain windows and in store displays to a brand standard in line with merchandising
and guidelines.
• Handle monetary transaction, operating ORPOS system; receive credit card voucher
and credit notes as payment and initiates product replacement.
• Preparing daily sales report and send in daily basis.
• Responsible for handling the store in the absence of manager.
