• Interpret and evaluate inspection vehicle data(Magnetic Flux
Leakage (MFL), Ultrasonic Technique(UT), TFI(Transverse Field Inspection (TFI) and Caliper) to facilitate the on-going safe operation of offshore and onshore pipelines
• Perform an initial run check to ensure inspection data meets clients minimum specifications within contractual requirements.
• Provide preliminary and detail analysis of In-Line Inspection (ILI) data using various manual and automatic evaluation technique.
• Providing fitness for purpose and recommendation for repair for the inspected offshore and onshore pipelines based on In Line inspection (ILI) results.
• Assisting MRPL pre commissioning and commissioning team, with regard to the piping work done at Phase III (PFCC Unit) at MRPL, Mangalore.
• To monitor and inspect the various tests done on Pipes like the Hydro-Static test, cardboard blasting and Flushing.
• Inspect the Nondestructive Tests being performed on the equipment’s and pipes.
• Calibration and testing of the Pressure Safety valves and the Temperature Relief valves.
• Monitor the installation of the stripper packing’s, the internals of the Reactor.
• Involved in pump erection, dial gauge alignment.
• Involved in static equipment erection.
• To assist and submit the Daily work progress reports to the Engineer In charge.
• Erection and commissioning of Turbine integral Piping as per isometric GAD and Plan drawings.
• Fit-ups and welding inspection.
• Inspection of materials used for erection as per drawing.
• Conducting several NDT tests of pipe lines during commissioning process.
• Maintenance of erected and commissioned pipe lines and equipment’s.
• Alignment and erection of static equipment’s.
• Effective man power and resources handling.
• Responsible for maintaining quality in all the aspects of work.
• Implementing safety procedures at work.
