- Responsible of installing SAMA’s soft switch (TELES.iSWITCH) in UK and MGC C4 soft switch (TELES) at Frankfurt.
- Responsible of all interconnections with carriers (VoIP and TDM), ministries and operators (Verizon, AT&t, BT, FT, T-Systems, Ooredoo…) including implementation, configuration, Voice engineering, circuits (E1s, STM1s) configuration and testing…
- Telecom Capacity Management, Managing VoIP and TDM capacities as well as organizing and managing STM1s and fiber optics. (Including capacity with Epsilon and Equinix).
- Installation and configuration of voice compression equipment (Dialogic, Memotec)
- Troubleshooting and Analysis, Troubleshooting network hardware and software applications, interconnections and other related telecom problems to resolve operational issues and restore services. Traces and CDR analysis as well as performance monitoring.
- Calling center Setup (IP PBX), Build SAMA calling center from scratch until up and running.

A complete management for international gateways including interconnections management, routing, voice (VoIP/TDM), SMS, fraud detection, etc.

- Building the network topology of the project.
