• Well bore clean up and Surface Well Testing on Offshore and Onshore rigs - jack up, semi submersible, platforms using well test equipment.
• Gathering following information on oil flow rate, gas flow rates; expected shut in tubing head pressure (SITHP), bottomhole pressure (BHP), pressures; temperature; and all other expected produced fluids.
• Proficient in handling potential fluid problems such as Hydrate, foaming crude; etc that can offset well performance with process equipments.
• Ability in obtaining reservoir characteristic under control condition.
• Compiles end of job tickets/service reports and gets customer’s approval.
• Ensures all equipment and tools are in good condition and are used properly for the right task.
• Follow up with quality check like; MPI, NDT, etc on all well testing equipment such as choke manifold, separator, surge vessel; gauge tanks; oil/gas manifolds, pipes and elbows, slings and shackles etc.
• Planning / execution on maintenance and operation for all well testing equipment, such as ESD Valves and panels, Sand Filters, Flow head, Choke manifold, Heaters, Separators, Surge tank, Burners, Oil and Gas Manifolds, Transfer pump; servicing/rekitting of Ball and Gate valves, e.g.
• Installing, operating and servicing of burner booms on semi-submersible, jack-up rig, land rigs etc.
• Obtain oil and gas samples during well test / flow station operation for PVT analysis.
• Pressure testing and calibration of well test equipments.
• Develops and reviews Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), participates in Tool Box Talks, Rig safety and production meetings.
• Periodic calibration check on Barton recorders, differential pressure cell, pressure gauges; downhole gauges for BHP.
• Static and Dynamic test on Reservoirs.
• Routine and non -Routine checks on testing Equipment.
