• My Key responsibility at PSO is to ensure our Surface Well Test crew focus to prevent injuries and QHSE events and deliver a good service to the client.

• Design well test layout with architect.
• Prepare well testing end of the job report.
• Run Schlumberger Unigauges and Signature downhole gauges.
• Ability to design and evaluate the proposed well testing package from rig (offshore and onshore) visit to full well testing operation.
• Successfully completed required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving).
• Pre job site visits, pre and post test Client meetings attendance, Planning and Mobilization of full well test package for offshore, onshore and swamp operations.
• Well bore clean up and Surface Well Testing on Offshore and Onshore rigs - jack up, semi submersible, platforms using well test equipment.
• Gathering following information on oil flow rate, gas flow rates; expected shut in tubing head pressure (SITHP), bottomhole pressure (BHP), pressures; temperature; and all other expected produced fluids.
• Proficient in handling potential fluid problems such as Hydrate, foaming crude; etc that can offset well performance with process equipments.
• Ability in obtaining reservoir characteristic under control condition.
• Compiles end of job tickets/service reports and gets customer’s approval.
• Ensures all equipment and tools are in good condition and are used properly for the right task.
• Follow up with quality check like; MPI, NDT, etc on all well testing equipment such as choke manifold, separator, surge vessel; gauge tanks; oil/gas manifolds, pipes and elbows, slings and shackles etc.
• Planning / execution on maintenance and operation for all well testing equipment, such as ESD Valves and panels, Sand Filters, Flow head, Choke manifold, Heaters, Separators, Surge tank, Burners, Oil and Gas Manifolds, Transfer pump; servicing/rekitting of Ball and Gate valves, e.g.
• Installing, operating and servicing of burner booms on semi-submersible, jack-up rig, land rigs etc.
• Obtain oil and gas samples during well test / flow station operation for PVT analysis.
• Pressure testing and calibration of well test equipments.
• Develops and reviews Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), participates in Tool Box Talks, Rig safety and production meetings.
• Periodic calibration check on Barton recorders, differential pressure cell, pressure gauges; downhole gauges for BHP.
• Static and Dynamic test on Reservoirs.
• Routine and non -Routine checks on testing Equipment.
• Confirmation of well performance and improve field productivity.
• Developing standards and deployment.
• Developing troubleshooting guides to help operators solves process and breakdown related issues.
• Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities.
• Developing standards for all equipments and ensuring that standard are maintained at all times.
• SAP system (Electronic permit system, material issue, job raise).
• Giving daily coaching on PM DMS across the operations.
• Ensures major spares, lubricant and tools are available.
