• Responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring the annual budget and KPIs are in line with the strategy.
• Coordinate supervision and monitoring of the various departments in the organization, including work schedules.
• Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This will include the setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports.
• Motivate team members through encouraging & rewarding which results in employee satisfaction & loyalty to the company.
• Managing of the timely data collection to update operations metrics on an hourly basis, to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors and thus deliver excellent customer service.
• Work closely with other support teams (HR, Financial Manager, Facilities Manager, Safety & Security Manager, IT Manager) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels to enable the Fulfillment Center and the broader Operations network to attain Etisalat’s Business Plan.

Major Duties and Responsibility:
• Nurture long-lasting business relationships with current and future business partners via visits, cold calls, emails, mailings, face to face discussions, client events, etc.
• Maintain trace of data and relations with contacts and prospects in relevant databases.
• Create and publish promotional sales tools with various media to ensure high level of communication with customers and prospects of company projects.
• Report on sales activity, forecast, trends and budget status of projects to colleagues on a regular basis.
• Organize regular meetings and where necessary client events with relevant Raye7 leadership.
• Evaluate existing product range, analyze proposals for innovative products and services where necessary and assist in development of new product lines.
• Identify and influence key industry policy makers to gain buy-in for new business opportunity.
• Investigate market dynamics to maximize customer understanding and competitive advantage.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
• Manage property auctions or exchanges.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
