My responsibilities is to take corrective actions to resolve the incident being reported by the customer. Very often I have to deal with Field Engineers on site acting as our smart hands but at the customer premises.
The objective is either to inspect the HP Software tools.The bottom line is to follow best practices within the troubleshooting process in order not to breach any committed SLA with the customer.
Handles Presales activities including providing designs and/or recommended solutions, fulfilling all technical support needs to sales team. Along with suggested pricing based on the price list of the suppliers and expected competition.
Working as a Presales Consultant involved in the following job duties:
• Deliver initial high level technical/Business presentations to our customers, at all levels within their organization.
• Support the sales cycle for solution based activities across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through product demonstrations, PoCs and hands-on workshops.
• Engaging with decision makers and analyze customer requirements.
• Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
• Solution Designing, generating Low level design documents, working with the customer until agreeing on the final solution and the implementation methodology.
• Working with the project managers to follow up on the project progress and making sure the project business outcomes are delivered.
• Mentor the technical staff and guide them during projects implementation.
• Tailoring Innovative solutions for specific customers' need.
I was responsible for:
• Architect and Implement ITSM Solutions Based on ITILv3
• Monitor the team utilization during projects engagements and their relevant development plans.
• Lead the implementation of HP Software Projects.
• Implement Software solutions
• Operations Support team leader ( Qtel- Qatar)
• Deliver HP trainings.
I have done more implementation in other areas like:
1. HP Server Automation
2. HP Operation Orchestration
3. HP Business Availability Center
I joined the operations team as a systems engineer and i was responsible for the following:
- Implementing HP BTO Solutions.
- Assisting Presales team through writing proposals, customer demos and presentations.
I have done so many projects and had such an excellent experience in the following:
1. HP Network Node Manager
2. HP Client Automation.
3. HP Operations Manager.
4. HP Network Automation.
5. HP Discovery and Dependency Mapping.
