*Lead maintenance activities through aseptic filling
machines, process area, and downstream equipment.
• Provides automation and plc troubleshooting activities.
• Lead continuous improvement program by lean
manufacturing methods and 6 sigma projects.
• Develop maintenance plans and schedules (preventive &
Corrective).
• Work on delivering the departments KPI’s related to Lines
efficiency, Equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and energy
saving actions.
• Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in
accordance with company policy and safety regulations.
• Plan and monitoring spare parts stock & annual budget.
• Introduce computerizes Maintenance management system
CMMS (SAP Sys.)
• Develop problem solving culture among team members.
• Administer training programs to ensure proper operations
and maintenance procedures
