Managing the infrastructure construction of three large farms in Egypt & Sudan for Al Rajhi international Agricultural Investment Company. Berber farm consist of 50, 000 acres, Toshka farm 25, 000 acres, and the newly Al Gabah farm 100, 000 acres. The infrastructure works consist of pivots erection, leveling, wheel tracking, pump station construction, roads, Canal construction, staff housing, weight scale construction, a large Nile pump station, and silo construction among other activities related to maintenance of farm.
The main task is the construction of 1670m long, 18.5 m wide steel I - girder bridge over the White Nile. Al Dbaseen bridge is the structure connecting south part of Khartoum to Oumderman. The works includes piling, pile caps, pier walls, hammerheads, manufacturing the steel in China, erection, 200mm concrete deck, and all other accessories.
The structure consist of 29 spans with the length varying between 45m at the abutment, 50m at middle, and 60m elsewhere

Proposal & Tender Management
Manage all the proposal or TOR’s received from both Governmental and Private entities dealing with the Construction Management and Construction Supervision. The main duties are to study the proposal, attended the pre-bid meeting, develop and write the Technical submission, develop the Financial submission, coordinate with design section, and produce the complete tender and submit on the due date. Duties also include the liaison with the Clients of new project, setup projects teams, and handover to team leaders.

The main role being the authorized representative of the Department in the immediate charge of the engineering details of the construction projects. Responsibilities include the administration and satisfactory completion of assigned construction project, the authority to reject defective work or material and suspend any work being improperly preformed. Duties include field supervision on all aspect of the project. Insuring projects are done according to plans and specifications. Other duties include field inspection, documentation, problem solving, managing workers, and training Department inspectors. Projects types include bridge repair, bridge removal and replacements, milling, resurfacing, pavement patching, sewer system, storm water, pipe culvert, box culverts, traffic signal installation, pavement striping, etc.
