• Working as an Electrical Projects Manager for all projects in the company hand such as Al Faya Buss Station (57, 000, 000AED); Al Shahama Buss Station (50, 000, 000 AED) & Institute Of Applied & Technology for Girl - Al Ain (400, 000, 000 AED).
Nature of Work:
- Managing all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards.
- Supervising and monitoring the project team.
- Managing all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s).
- Planning and scheduling resources to meet project milestones.
- Acting as liaison with a project staff to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.
- Managing project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems.
- Ensuring adherence to standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
• Working as an MEP Estimation & Construction Manager for all projects in the company hand such as Al Junebi Bulding (42, 000, 000AED); Al Raha Appartment (110, 000, 000 AED) & Sky Garden Tower (330, 000, 000 AED)) and give the final decision for the tender projects .
Nature of Work:
- Closely studying the tender terms and conditions.
- Co-ordination with consultants, authorities and clients for approval.
- Co-ordination with internal/ external resources for other MEP works.
- Extensive experience in the management of new construction and renovation projects for large corporations and commercial builders.
- Strong understanding of safety and building codes, regulations and inspection compliance.
- Highly capable of creating estimates, budgets, building plans and blueprints.
- Oversee all aspects of projects with full responsibility for completing construction on time while maintain quality and safety standards.
- Direct project planning and finances with full responsibility for completing within budget.
- To manage pricing and quotation enquiries from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparing material comparison tables.
- Involved in post tender negotiation.
- Allocating qualified MEP suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Performing value Engineering.
- Implementing state of the art estimation program that meets company business objectives on the short and long terms.
- Monitoring and supervising direct team members for optimum productivity.
- Estimate all MEP quantities and works in the projects.
- Preparing the MEP payments, Variation orders & Break down for Activities.
- Preparing budget for the projects.
- Controlling the materials and manpower on the site for cost control and cost saving.
- Evaluate the subcontractor payments by referring to their approved progress for both electrical and mechanical work percentage.
- Negotiating long term agreements, maintaining competitive pricing, leading to yearly cost reduction, monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance.
- Coordinating with maintenance, quality control department to ascertain supplied parts are in compliance with quality standards.
- Supervising selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction, conducting quality checks for materials and finalized purchase details.

• Working as an Electrical Estimation Engineer for (Bassam Fareha Villa, IAT Collage, SH. Abdallah Bin Zayed Villa, Paragon Mall and Salem Dalmoge Villa) and then working as Project Engineer in AL ARYAM Villa, Sh. Mansoor Villa, and Althorya Head Office & MEP QS Engineer in Hydra Avenue Towers; Special Care Housing Projec and Jabal Hafeet 3000 Villa.
Nature of Work:
- Estimate all electrical quantities and works in the projects.
- Supervising for all Electrical works on site including Power, Lighting & Data.
- Preparing inspections request for execution the MEP work on the site.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports about the work on the site.
- Preparing the MEP payments, Variation orders & Break down for Activities.
- Preparing MIR’s for the materials required on the site.
- Controlling the materials and manpower on the site for cost control and cost saving.
- Evaluate the subcontractor payments by referring to their approved progress for both electrical and mechanical work percentage.
- Preparing Progress report for the work activities on the sites.
• Working as an Electrical Engineer and Quality control Engineer in projects (High & Medium Voltage projects) such as Al Fara'a Well and booster station, Awarta well & booster station, Tammun booster station & reservoir, Electro-mechanical components for Anabta well and Dar Salah booster station.
Nature of Work:
- Designing shop drawing for all electrical parts (Earthing, lighting, lightning, power and control plan).
- Supervising for all electrical work on site
- Preparing submittal for electrical equipments used in projects.
- Preparing inspections request for execution the work on the site.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports about the work on the site
• Working as an Electrical Engineer and site Engineer in Well and booster stations projects (High & Medium Voltage projects) such as Rujeb Well & Booster Station, Tubas well & booster station and Maythlun booster station & reservoir.
Nature of Work:
- Design all electrical parts in water Wells and Reservoir.
- Preparing bill of quantities and technical specification for projects,
- Design and checks booster station in sites.
- Inspecting the contractor’s electrical works including lighting, power, low current, fire alarm and boosters connections.
