Responsible for servicing of major strategic customers
Manages the customer relationship of key accounts
Develops and secures new major accounts
Conversion/penetration of strategic customers
Prepares and submits of RFIs and RFQs
Handling of large scale tenders
Other duties as assigned
Coordination of shipment
Interface with suppliers and customers whole all process
Issue of documents and follow up of the whole process of importation along customers/ suppliers
Analysis of Credit’s Letter
Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible.
Planned the use of resources and scheduling activities in order to meet an objective.
Reducing costly inefficiencies to a minimum.
Expected to implement cost-savings initiatives that remove non-value-added steps from the process, consequently saving time and money without impacting the quality of the finished product.
Apply principles of engineering, manufacturing technology and management science to the production process in order to make it as efficient.
