-Solving client issues as well as creating user accounts.
-Day-to-day system administration and maintenance.
-Managing SharePoint sites, user, and workflow.
-Maintenance and administration of all the tool development on SharePoint (ICT Helpdesk).
-Configuration and maintenance of outlook.
-Performance of day to day ICT end user support to staff and general computer maintenance including antivirus updates.
-Assist with the coordination and facilitation of special events, meetings, and other activities.

Key Achievements:
-Through analyzing of Kenya Pipeline Company Limited business process work flow, I managed to maintain most of computer systems used by the staff for example with the help of active directory, I minimized movements where staff would submit all their problems online and manage to track and solve them online.
