•Review the efficiency of the organization with the objective to provide maximum efficiency considering changes in the demand of products.

•Introducing, implementing, and automating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) principle in the group.

•Evaluate technical and quality situation of machines through OEE with priorities generated by the system and working on solving them.

•Elaborate factory plans and budgets in line with board direction from General Management and ensure that these plans, after approval, are implemented

•Putting in place an effective system of financial and non-financial controls throughout the company in coordination with finance on cash flow, P&L per product basis.

•Leads the improvements initiatives in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

•Introducing new scientific testing methods to increase quality and reduce waste and automating the Quality reporting.

•Boosting innovation and creativity by motivation and creating team spirit.

•Refining the CRM, automating the process with measurable follow-up KPIs.

•Shifting market surveys procedures to reflect consumer satisfaction and needs.

•Automating the BOMs in-line with the product specification with linkage to production planning and financial costing.

•Managing all aspects in the company to direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products

•Participate in preparing company budget and determining goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand

•Participate in reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other key performance indicators to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvements.
