•Review the efficiency of the organization with the objective to provide maximum efficiency considering changes in the demand of products.
•Introducing, implementing, and automating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) principle in the group.

•Developing and implementing the plant’s annual budget as well as carrying out the annual strategic plans of the facility.
•Monitor operation expenses, developing new processes and procedures to reduce costs while maintaining product quality and operating in a continuous improvement environment.
•Establish a system to control and review current projects, new sales forecasts between Plant, Sales and Supply Chain departments to ensure timely fabrication, delivery and installation.
•Manage health, safety and environmental areas to ensure that the plant facilities operate in compliance with regulations at all levels to ensure all members of the operations team are aware of safety policies.
As Operation Director
•Develop and implement strategic operating plans and budgets for each of the company business factories of home appliances (Refrigerators, washing machines, Air conditioners and Injection factory) and ensuring that they are all aligned to the strategic goals and priorities of the board.
•Develops the manufacturing plans and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality requirements.
•Formulate manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.
•Installation and commissioning of a state-of-the-art Refrigerator Factory with minimum resources and in a cost-effective manner.
•Managing ISO 9001 and responsible for approving the quality policy and objectives and conducting the management review meetings on behalf of top management.
•Leads the improvements initiatives in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
•Set high level of technical and operational strategies to meet safety; quality; service; and cost cutting goals.
•Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and employees.
As Deputy General Manager
•Managing all aspects in the company to direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products
•Participate in preparing company budget and determining goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand
•Participate in reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other key performance indicators to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvements.

•Together with factory managers secure that ISO, HACCP, safety, fire protection environmental rules are applied in the factories.
•Responsible for action plans, related to strategy and priorities set by the board of directors.
•Responsible for a continuous Improvement and Cost Saving Program
•Responsible for management and execution of technical projects within sanitary business.
•Responsible that product; raw material; and specifications are available in each plant and that factory staff are educated in maintaining the set standards.
•Inspect machines and equipment and optimize utilization through periodical audits.
•Conducting strategic studies for the expansion activities of the group taking into consideration centralization plans; CAPEX and OPEX.
•Commercial correspondence and visits to machine suppliers in order to purchase new machines and spare parts.
•Checking and Comparing branches (Saudi/Dubai/Egypt/Lebanon/Sudan/Jordan) production efficiency and performance.
•Implementing and introducing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) principle.
•Introduction of Fault Analysis System to improve the Availability and Performance of the Equipment’s and it was extended to cover all machines in the group.
•Putting down a preventive maintenance and repair system for all Fine branches.
•Review continuously production methods and technologies used, through patents and new innovations used by the hygienic industry.
•Standardization of machines; spare parts and raw material used in the group.
•Organizing technical workshops for the group in which we present the latest trends in the hygienic industry and share knowledge.
•Managing and administrating three-piece Can’s making factory and tin plate printing line.
