Leading internal audits on all Pepsi-Cola Egypt plants, to make sure M&W implementation is up to standard.
Setting Plans for plants performance indicators.
Leading a taskforce, whose responsibility is to increase worker capability throughout the plants, and setting action plans to do so.
People development & coaching through BPT workshops to the Plants Receptors.
Analysis of all different accountabilities in the program, specifying where problems occur, why they occur, managing meetings to figure out solutions, and setting action plans to solve these problems.
Visualization of the plants, making sure everything is where and how it should be.
In charge of Pepsi’s best practice tool (M&W) throughout the plant and it's DC's.
Training fellow employees on how to use "M&W" to improve work conditions, hence improve all KPI's involved.
Performing operational audits on my plant, to make sure M&W implementation is up to standard.
Implementing the M&W system to distribution centers, and training their employees.
Analyzing Performance & Developing Corrective Action Plans.
