* مقارنة كميات المخططات بتلك الموجودة على الجدول والكشف المبكر عن اي تغيرات او اختلاف بينهم.
* متابعة الكميات المنفذة وتحديد نسبة المنفذ على ارض الواقع في نهاية كل شهر.
الكشف المبكر عن اي زيادة او نقصان محتمل.
* متابعة جميع المستندات والقعودات مع مقاولين الباطن والاحتفاظ بنسخة وردها عند الحاجة.
مقارنة الكميات المنفذة مع محاضر الاستلام والتاكد من مطابقتها.
* توريد احتياجات المشروعات مثل الأبواب والشبابيك وعمل طلبات الشراء والتفاوض مع الموردين والتاكد من الحصول على السعر و الجودة المطلوبة.

Implement tools and processes to ensure continuous monitoring of Documentation from Various
suppliers.
Implement channels of escalations for timely follow-up and receipt of documents required for
clearance.
Ensuring zero waste cost due to documentation delays from factories. Full knowledge of
Inbound Clearance Process (Customs/Municipalities etc.).
Coordinate with the suppliers and forwarders for speedy and accurate clearance at
Ports/Borders.
Implement tools and processes for efficient coordination between the assigned forwarders or
Transporter.
Ensure timely clearance of containers from the port reducing the turnaround time from Port
clearance to warehouse Receipt. Build,
Track and control the local primary transport budget.
