Aydıner Construction is responsible for the construction of 2 pump stations which are the part of 1st and 2nd Nuclear Power Plants.
Project Amount: 140.000.000 $
Responsibilities:
• Construction and management of all work activities to achieve in on-time and on-budget completion
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Attending the meetings with Client, Engineer and other parties.
• Issuing letters to Client, Contractors and other parties.
• Controlling the cash flow and resolving obstructions.
• Following up the approval procedures to enable the activities continue smoothly as per the approved baseline program.
• Following up the procurement as per the project baseline program.
Teknopark Istanbul Research and Development Building Project A building consists of 3 blocks with a total construction area of 35.000m2
Responsibilities:
• Control and management of site activities and work packages such as RCC, water proofing, masonry, finishing works and MEP works.
• Coordinating sub-contractors, organize and manage staffs, receive and control the progress reports.
• Monitoring the project and having weekly coordination meetings with the sub-contractors.
• Attending the meetings with Client and Representatives.
• Managing the site team, following up the progress in line with project program to prevent any time delay.
• Analyzing the quotations and agreements. Having meetings with the technical team to finalize the contracts.
Atlas Steel Factory Project, Dubai - Completed
Extension of a steel factory. 10.200m2 total built up area including 7 shaded bays, service block, pump room and 2 water tanks.
Labor Accommodation Project (G+4+R), Dubai - Completed
13.506m2 total built up area, 256 rooms for 1484 labors
Responsibilities:
• Construction and management of all the site activities from the commencement to the handing over stage.
• Monitoring the project, having site meetings with the contractors to ensure that construction process continues smoothly as per the project schedule.
• Attending to the weekly progress meetings with consultant and contractors.
• Reviewing the drawings prior to the application to enable site team to proceed the works without any obstruction.
• Management of the authority inspections including obtaining permits during construction.
• Reviewing and finalization of the quotations and contracts as per the project specifications and drawings.
• Attending and being part of the tender team for tender submissions.
Emaar Dubai Hills Estate Project / Golf Club House / Luxury Villas Project Amount: 160.000.000$
Construction Manager, ID Coordinator - Super Structures - Completed St. Regis Polo Resort and Club Dubai (Leisure & Entertainment / Hotel / Residential Project Amount: 270.000.000 $
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the project, leading the office and site teams and having coordination meetings with the sub-contractors and engineers.
• Control and management of all activities and work packages.
• Coordinating nominated sub-contractors such as ID Works, Marble Works, Kitchen Works, Landscaping Works. Having regular meetings with them to provide open fronts.
• Coordinating the weekly progress meetings with the client and the consultant.
• Managing the handing over the Hotel and Golf Club to the Operator and Client.
• Coordinating the Technical Department to ensure that site works are continued as per the approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Following up the quality of the works
• Preparation and submission of material submittals, method statement.
• Management of material orders especially the long lead items, deliveries and installation.
Ganjlik Mall - Shopping Mall Project (3B+G+3)
Project Amount: 160.000.000 $
Responsibilities:
• Control and management of site activities and work packages such as RCC, water proofing, masonry, epoxy, finishing works.
• Coordinating sub-contractors, organize and manage staffs, receive and control the progress reports.
• Monitoring the project and having coordination meetings with the sub-contractors
• Managing the site team, following up the progress in line with project program to prevent any time delay.
• Analyzing the quotations and agreements. Having meetings with the technical team to finalize the agreements.
• Reviewing and approving the interim payment certificates of the subcontractors.
• Attending to the site inspections to ensure the projects continues in line with the project quality standards.
Mussafah Water Transmission Scheme - MWTS, LOT M Project EPC Contract No: N4268.2, Contract Amount: 210.000.000 $
M/s TRANSCO intends to modify existing LOT F Mussafah to Al Wathba Pump Station (LOT M Package M1A) and implement the DN 1600mm (Lot M Package M2 & M3) transmission pipeline from Lot F Mussafah Pump Station to Abu Dhabi City. The Project consists of 3 packages namely M1A, M2, and M3.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the method statements and material submittals for roads and pipeline
• Leading and supporting the site and office teams to achieve the project milestones as per the project baseline program.
• Meetings with sub-contractors and consultant, prepare immediate correspondences as per the project specification, baseline program and drawings.
• Analyzing the quotations and agreements, make the necessary input and finalization of the agreements.
• Leading NOC team to arrange open fronts for the construction teams.
• Meeting with the Authorities, preparing the related documents to obtain the permits for construction activities.
• Supervising HSE officer for preparing road diversions or road closure as per the approval of the Police Road Department.
• Being a competent person for Transco and Takreer, taking works permits from the relevant authorities
