Taking care of English Speaking tourists (mostly UK clients) the moment their booking is processed until they depart Egypt. The job tasks include, but don't limit to:
-Checking the clients' hotel/boat booking
-Arrange the proper transportation according to the clients' requests and the arrival times
-Confirm and edit the flight booking when needed
-Meet and assist the clients upon their arrival and help them with the customs and immigration procedures whenever needed
-Insure that the clients are accommodated in their hotel with no problems or outstanding issues based on their previous booking.
-Provide the clients with the information needed for their stay about the hotel, surroundings, the local areas, restaurants, leisure facilities and available activities based on their requests and the services available by the local agent in order to familiarize them with the resort they are staying at.
-Follow up with the clients during their stay and deal with any issues or problems that may arise; that includes dealing with the appropriate third parties such as hoteliers, airline agents, drivers and guides, and end up sorting out the clients' problems
-Reach the clients satisfaction by taking care of their holiday, meet their needs and sorting out their problems during their stay.
