Develop a Sourcing plan depend on Company & positions Requirements.
Drive recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy, as needed
Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies that enhance the visibility and desirability of Company.
Staffing the business with quality hires, understanding the business needs and partnering to meet the staffing strategy for the business.
Conduct an assessment Center for all levels such as Entry, Supervision, and Managerial levels
Creates a high-performance recruiting team through talent assessment, timely coaching and feedback, and developmental stretch assignments.
Supervising staff for daily attendance and hours
Buying daily needs of foods and packing tools
Supervising daily operation starting from customer order till getting feedback
Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Ensuring incoming staff complies with our process and food quality standards
Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste

• Distribution and Prioritization of open requisitions.
• Staffing the business with quality hires, understanding the business needs and partnering to meet the staffing strategy for the business.
• Conduct the CBI based on the company's competency framework model
• Conduct an Assessment Center for all levels such as Entry, Supervision, and Managerial levels
• Creates a high performance recruiting team through talent assessment, timely coaching and feedback, and developmental stretch assignments.
• Continual training of recruiting team and supervision including goal setting and establishing accountability.
• Support HR Consultant in developing the company's competency framework model
-Open new Sourcing channels, update sourcing database, and analyze the degree of benefits gained from each source
- Post jobs on different recruitment websites and build resume database
-Recruit and interview candidates and short list them to be interviewed by senior management
- Represent the company in communicating with society during recruitment activities, and reflect a company's prestigious image
- Conduct initial interviews, and brief candidates about company's history
- Ensure that all personnel files and contracts are complete and properly filed in the head office
- Support HR Consultant in developing the company's competency framework model and HR Policies and procedures
- Support in the preparation of Management presentations as deemed
• Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
• Administer employee insurance, pension and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
• Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
• Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
-Understand the Customer's query, and to answer it professionally to their satisfaction
- Listen more to Customers and work with them to ensure that they are satisfied with the response
- Build long term positive relationships with our Customers and deliver that excellent experience that will keep Customer coming back
- Discuss and share information, skills and techniques with their Customers
