firstly i was teaching assistance in the department of biochemistry and molecular biology and my job was to prepare, implement and evaluate the laboratory of biochemistry and molecular biology ( DNA extraction, electrophoresis, PCR, LFT, RFT, ect) for students as well as for short courses.
secondly, after i hold the master degree i used to give professional lectures of biochemistry for science student
teaching biology lessons for secondary school and my jobs is mainly to carefully prepare the lessons in powerpoint, cooperatively and collaboratively discuss the lessons and evaluate the result of what we have studied
apply medical laboratories such as diagnosis of genetic related diseases using DNA extraction, PCR and electrophoresis technologies (RFLP) , giving tutorial of medical biochemistry for student of medicine, pharmacy, radiology and nursing
during my work i was active and cooperative with student to carefully perform the experiment and get the aimed result
i stared PhD in ege university in 2015 after i won an scholarship opportunity , i have finished the courses with 3.93 GPA out of 4, and i passed the qualification exam with 97%.
i have been awarded scholarship for master degree in alneeain university as because i was the first of my classmate during the bachelor degree. i carried out master by research under the following topic: the effect of striga hormonthica on alloxan induced diabetic experimental animals.
During first year (2004-2005): i studied the following courses, organic chemistry, General physics, General Chemistry,botany, zology, mathmatic, physical chemistry and english language. {grade: excellent 88%} During second year (2005-2006): i studied the following courses, human Anatomy, General Physiology, Genetics,organic chemistry, cell biology, microbiology, biomolecules,analytical chemistry, laboratory safety and thermodynamic chemistry. {grade:Excellent 86%} During third year (2006-2007): i studied the following courses, lipid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, protein metabolism, microbilogy2, biochemical techniques, bioenergetic, blood biochemistry, genetic2, enzyme, computer & bioStatistics, { grade:Excellent 93%} During forth year (2007-2008): i studied the following courses, immunology1, molecular biology1, enzyme 2, microbiology2, hormone, nuitrition, food analysis, toxicology1, toxicology2, biomembrane and tissue culture { grade:Excellent 91%} During fifth year (2008-2009): i studied the following courses, immunology II, molecular biology II, research methedology,biostatics II and research progect. { grade:Excellent 88%}
