Developing and maintaining project controls deliverables for Electrical & Infrastructure Projects & providing guidance and consultation for project managers for all the projects conducted by the company.
Duties:
• Provide project controls management, risk management, earned value management guidance, and tools.
• Support the development of integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera and MS Project that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple Subcontractors’ schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.\]
• Managing project Planning & control team including cost engineers, planners, and QS.
• Responsible for ensuring the best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
• Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the project’s contractual obligations, Identifying, costing and processing of any contract variations, updating project plans to include agreed changes.

Responsible for client progress meetings on and off-site, cost control, invoicing, variation claims, invoice payment resolution, and conditions of the contract. Also worked closely with Project Manager to promote overall Project goals.
Duties:
• Coordinating with Stakeholders of projects and managing them actively to fulfill their requirements.
• Assist management for making overall schedule according to resources, milestones, time durations.
• Monitoring the project progress during procurement, design, construction, installation, erection, and testing & commissioning phases until completion.
• Follow-up of project documents including design calculations, base design, and details design, inspection test plans of equipment’s from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Managing project change requests and submit details report to higher management for approval/rejection of changes, implement the approved changes, and communicate the effects with stakeholders.
• Arrange meetings with clients for progress tracking, identify new risks, risk opportunities threats, and plan risk responses for mitigation, and control risks, prepare minutes of meetings.
• Update the project documents/records during all phases of the project.
