My duty role is resident engineer managing two sites with all details, weekly and monthly reports
reviewing, managing submittals, solve project issues with site engineers and team, each one of these
sites are located in different cities, 90 km & 70 km far away from the capital Amman.

Roads and bridges;
■ Repairing construction, Dec 2020 we had replaced Mahatta’s bridge (24) bearing pads (from pod
bearing to elastomeric.) using flat jack’s hydraulic system by subcontractor.
■ Detour design, on al-Jaish road under al-mahatta bridge intersection.
■ Roads repairing.
Bus rapid transit from AMMAN city To Zarqa city.
- US-AID schools projects;
- Preparing shop drawings, submit and follow-up with
consultant for approval.
- Arrange all necessary permits from any authority or party.
- Prepare my site, such as mobilization, safety stuff and
material storages.
- All work activities under project plan.
- To manage manpower, subcontractors, suppliers.
- To manage time, quality and cost.
- Arrange Materials approvals.
- Arrange inspections requests.
- Prepare payments request.
Cargill® new premix plant project and new luxury LAB building
with full landscaping. The project worth US $35 million.
- Cargill (Qastal - Jordan) new premix plant & new luxury lab
building.
- Review and check; shop drawings, submittals such as
material, lab reports, and materials tests reports such as
(concrete & steel reports).Method of statements.
- Inspections requests.
- Prepare weekly report.
- The new plant is hot rolled as main and PEB for the
warehouses.
- Luxury LAB building (B, G, 1st)
- Handover checklist.
- Residential towers, schools and villas.
- Manage payments requests and bills.

- Arrange for permits with authorities such as municipality,
DoT (department of transport), Police departments and
follow-up.
- Arrange for inspections, shop drawings and material
approval with consultant.
- The project worth US$1.7 billion Strategic Tunnel
Enhancement Programme (STEP).
- I had been registered as roads engineer in Dubai
municipality.
- Dealing with authorities such as municipality, DoT, Police
departments and military in order to have permits, sites
and assets arrangements.
- Following up with consultant for inspections, shop
drawings and material approval.
- I learned in this firm excellent experience in Logistics
engineering. Because of the nature of our project, around
35 km length with different depths maximum 80 m.
- Emirates Sunland group (Dubai) D1 Tower luxury
apartments, which has a total structural height of 350 m
(150 ft.).
- Emirates Sunland group (Dubai) palazzo Versace hotel
which has 215 suites, restaurants, a spa and 204 luxury
villas. Palazzo Versace Dubai is being developed on
130, 000 square meters, these spaces come complete with
landscaped gardens and grounds with promenades,
terraces, water features, reflection pools and fountains.
The hotel cladded with stones and marbles. Mosaic inside
was used on the floors in all halls and corridors.
- Hydra Properties (Abu Dhabi) Hydra Village. Five types of
villas, deferent areas and price. All villas contain Neopor
material for walls. Ceramic works for wet and dry areas,
false ceiling, painting works, vanity counter, granite works,
wooden doors, built in ward Robe, aluminum doors and
windows, kitchen Cabinet, stair handrails, Bathroom’s
accessories interlock installation, pump & gas cabinets.
The outer decorate is GRC, nice paints and pergolas.
