I am currently working as a construction manager
A construction industry professional with 10 years’ continual experience across high end construction projects mainly in UAE offering expertise in project engineering and currently working with Arabtec Construction, Dubai, UAE, for last 6 years as Project Engineer.
Objective: Seeking to carry forward acquired skills and expertise in construction projects in a senior level role with an organization of repute offering professional challenges and an environment of continuous learning.

Job Highlights
• Assisting the Construction Manager and handling his duties during his absence.
• Handling all structural works such as concrete works, steel structural works.
• Handling all finishing activities on site such as Block, Plaster, Tiles, Fit out, Joinery and Façade works.
• Managing and controlling the snagging team and tracking outstanding works and ensuring completion of the works on time.
• Aligning civil works and MEP deliveries to meet respective deadlines.
• Directly managing the team of General Superintendents, Section Leaders and General Foremen.
• Participating in Coordination and Construction meetings with Client and Consultant.
• Coordinating with planning department to prepare the weekly/monthly reports, and with Technical department for shop drawing submittals for obtaining Consultant and Client approval.
• Following up with QS regarding Variation Estimations.
