Project: Execution of electricity distributors -NEW ADMENSTRATIVE CAPITAL-. Budget 1, 101, 724, 044 EGP Which include Electricity distributors buildings (25) Main buildings (900m² each one), landscape in addition to Cables .
Main Duties :
- Structural and finishing supervision (All Stages).
- Prepare and check Shop drawings, as built drawings.
- Prepare and review invoices and quantity surveying.
- Prepare technical, daily, weekly, monthly and safety reports.
- Check and review projects materials according to specification.
- Observe the projects progress according to the schedule and make corrective plan when necessary.
- Quality assurance.
Technical office manager (Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture-Plants Department)
- Contracts documents revision.
- Prepare and review invoices.
- Prepare and review change orders and modified BOQ.
- Prepare technical, daily, weekly, monthly and safety reports.
- Prepare risk management plan and risk register.
- Check and review projects materials according to specification.
- Observe the projects progress according to the schedule and make corrective plan when necessary.
- Quality assurance.
- Quantity surveying.
- Prepare and check Shop drawings, as built drawings.
Execution of projects follow the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Budget 71, 724, 044 SAR Which include:
- Water ministry branches buildings include four Main buildings, laboratories, underground water tanks, collection water tanks, security buildings, landscape in addition to gates and fences.
- Execution warehouse at Dormaa (2500 m2) Steel structure in addition to landscape, gate and fences.
- Execution chemical Warehouse at ( Al Kharj )
- Landscape for water ministry sites which contain (Fences, security buildings and Asphalt paving).
execution of the faculty of Sciences and Arts project (Wadi Al Dawaser) follow the Ministry of higher Education, Budget 180, 814, 326 SAR.
The project includes the faculty building (3 floors 14000m² each one), underground water tanks (Potable, Flush, Fire and Irrigation), septic and collection tanks in addition to the gates and fences
Executions of some projects follow the interior ministry and Abha Municipality (Structural and Infrastructure Projects)
