• Conducted site visits to verify drawing conditions and gather measurement data.

summaries including retention and advance recovery.
• Administered variation accounts under FIDIC Red Book conditions, quantifying and valuing scope additions, omissions and
design changes with full audit trail.
• Maintained live cumulative variation-exposure cost schedules against the original contract sum throughout the project
lifecycle.
• Coordinated with site engineers and MEP subcontractors to validate installed quantities for IPA certification, resolving
measurement discrepancies.
