Responsible for preparing project initiation documents like project charter.
Responsible for making cost estimates.
Responsible for controlling cost through EVM.
Preparing budget for project activities.
Maintaining and controlling key project indicators.
Maintaining and monitoring project cost and schedule baselines.
Responsible for tracking project activities against the detailed project plan.
Updating the cost and schedule in case of approved changes.
Responsible for taking meeting minutes in collect requirements meetings with stakeholders.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules and assist with determination of project requirements
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database

- Maintain project calendar and milestones.
- Manage, supervise and control multiple project through project life cycle.
- Closely monitor scope of the project.
