I have managed the environmental due diligence process prior to and after the acquisition of multiple properties located in a light industrial setting. Identified and characterized environmental issues associated with the facilities which required action during redevelopment activities. The project included Phase I Environmental Sites Assessments, subsurface site characterizations and remediation, removal of underground storage tank (UST) systems. I have successfully designed and coordinated the environmental remediation activities with owners, architects, lending institutions, general contractors and regulatory agencies in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

I have successfully conducted environmental impact assessment of pesticides and fertilizers use in different crops. I have monitored and tracked down changes in biodiversity and chemical levels of pesticides in environment. Indexed and ranked the extent of severity of pesticides on human, animals and ecosystem. I conceptualized program strategies; I prepared numerous discussion papers, research reports and briefing notes; I provided advice regarding the design of the program implementing process; and I achieved management and coordination of program- related activities within divisions and with ministries.

Other experiences include community volunteerism. My recent volunteer efforts have focused on the Heart and Stroke Foundation Programs for fund raising. I also bring university education and experience for Citizen Scientist (A non-profit organization) involved in Rouge River Water Quality Monitoring.
