Main Duties:

• Provided secretarial and IT assistance to all tenant companies on an ad-hoc basis whilst working towards daily and monthly targets (AED 1, 117.56 per day with a unit charge of AED 31.04 per 10 minutes)
• Conducted in-depth Welcome Meetings with new clients to educate them on all available services, facilities and IT solutions and to learn about their business so as to up-sell secretarial services and assist them accordingly
• Provided a high level of customer service to all clients and their visitors whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times and adhering to all company procedures as per the brand standard manual
• Configured wired/wireless internet connections, IP telephone handsets and Unified Messaging Systems for clients
• Conducted training sessions and provided support to clients for the ‘Servcorp Online’ portal
• Set up videoconferencing/conference call/TV/LCD panel/projector equipment during client meetings
• Ensured the Server Room adhered to company standards and conducted monthly audits on switch port connections
• Arranged team meetings/events and company networking events (Business Shorts, product/service launches)
• Relieved Reception during lunchtimes and Receptionist Annual Leave by managing a switchboard through which all tenant company telephone calls were routed
