Ensure that all documents are ready to scan physically, And fix any issue related to document quality.

- Create a new profile for each document to start the archiving process, Also to avoid any duplication.

- Scan the documents using Opex scanning machine.

- Ensure the quality of the scanned documents and transfer them to the archiving system ( Omni-Docs ).
