2. Handling all correspondence pertaining to Administration Dept. as well as ISO.
3. Importation of spares orders and follow up via email and telephone.
4. Organize flight/hotel bookings as well as airport pick up for all visitors of the Company.
5. Prepare monthly Casual Wages Report.
6. Prepare Salary Data.
7. Look into Canteen expenses and activities and liaise with suppliers.
8. Follow up on discounts/negotiations and payments with certain companies, e.g. Metlex, Copy Cat, SGS, Polucon, StatPrint, Rentokil e.t.c
9. Member of the Health & Safety Committee therefore I partake in activities involved in ensuring health and safety at the work place.
10. Receiving of Emails and responding to them accordingly.
