Assistant Quality Management Safety and Environment at YKK Tunisia, my mission is to:
- Ensure regulatory watch HSE
- Manage, in consultation with management, HSE policy
- Implementation and monitoring of the plan of action on hygiene, safety and environment
- Maintain personal development and competencies.
- Develop and coordinate the company's internal audit programme.
- Prevent, Reduce, analyze and recommend solutions for controlling occupational hazards such as industrial accidents, occupational diseases
- Establishment of Occupational Safety Health certification project
- Conducts investigations and analyses of, and reports findings to management on:
1. Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis
2. Incidents, near misses, and damages
3. Customer complaints
4. Key performance indicators (KPI)
- Ensure proper functioning of the quality system (procedure, processes, forms, ...)
- Check the quality of product (raw material, finished product)
- Monitoring of complaints and action plans
- Plan and conduct internal audits
- Ensure continuous improvement by monitoring performance indicators
