The main objective of the project is to empower disadvantaged communities by transforming selected ICT access points and telecentres into knowledge hubs that are networked at the regional and global levels.
-This objective will be reached by providing, developing, organizing, sharing and disseminating knowledge pertinent to targeted communities such as persons with disabilities in the key areas of sustainable development and help poor people and disabled to employment, e-Education, Gender and e-Health.
-Improve the living standards of the targeted communities.
-Promoting sustainable knowledge center for persons with disabilities.
-Knowledge sharing - sharing experiences, skills and expertise in ICT and Assistive Technology.
-Implementation lessons learnt and best practices and sharing knowledge on Methodologies and tools used for disabilities, ICT4DPwDs.
-Work with local and national organization and NGO's to identify specific projects for donor funding in partnership to support of using ICT and AT for PwDs.

Salamieh Telecentre is the first centre for training hearing impairment and deaf-mute children on applications computer through Ms-Dos and Windows 3.0 also other applications such as designing :
