• Ensure site inspections/material inspections were carried out as per project requirements; maintain logs, documents, and records
• Prepare daily observation, weekly report, monthly report, accident/incident report, etc.
• Prepare job risk assessment after careful review of method statement with respective engineers
• Issue permits such as start card, hot work permit, electrical permit, etc.
• Organizing Executives HSE weekly meeting and General HSE monthly meetings
• Process gate pass for Staff, Labors, Heavy Equipment, etc.
• Conducting a gas leakage test, prior to any Hot work operation
• Making sure all tools are inspected to ascertain there condition and are color coded
• Conduct inspections, audits, emergency response, and training in applicable HSE areas
• Fully assigned to the site health and safety supervision and to promote safe work conduct to all staff and employees
• Ensured First Aid and fire extinguisher are in place within the work area on the project site
• Coordinate daily toolbox talk prior to starting of work and monitored its compliance
• Identified unsafe Conditions on site and make recommendations to prevent an accident
• Ensured Company`s HSE standards and procedures are strictly adhered to
• Continuous Monitoring of excavation and trench operations, critical lifting, work at height operation and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Conducted Special Training on Confined Space (Risk assessment, Permit to Work, Authorization, level of training, Standby emergency team, LEL, and UEL).
• Educate the workforce for Indemnifying Hazard on Worksite

•Making and inspection of permit to work system and advising on procedures for the job activities
•Continuous Monitoring of excavation and trench operations, critical lifting, work at height operation and ensured compliance with safety guidelines
•Carry out inspection on daily basis as per checklist
•Making sure all tools are inspected to ascertain there condition and are color coded
