As a Senior Nursing Officer, I play a crucial role in developing and implementing nursing protocols and procedures as well as ensuring adherence to these guidelines.
I equally manage the staffing levels, nursing budget and resources to ensure the efficient and effective running of the ward and as well provide mentorship and preceptorship training to clinical and junior nurses.
I maintain a safe and healthy work environment through best nursing practices that are in keeping with latest developments and technology, and ensure these nursing practices comply with legal and ethical standards.
I was the best scoring student in research project and I published a paper in the UDS International Journal of Sciences
