I am responsible for directing multiple level workflow for 24-hour Live TV. My work includes calling shots, working in close collaboration with Bulletin Editors, Producers, Sound Operators, cameramen and other control room support technicians to ensure the successful transmission of live news programmes and offline recording.

I manage over 15 persons on the job in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of performance

I was directly responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Radio wing of the establishment; from organising broadcast staff and administration while working to maintain and improve company's relationship with clients and consolidating on such relationships for impressive turn over.

I was directly reporting to the Chairman/Managing Director of the company

Design and implementation of technical workflow for production of television broadcast programmes

Directing of LIVE and offline broadcast news programmes for the 24 hour News channel

Design and operation of suitable lighting for studio and location based programmes of the the station

Design, operation and maintenance of studio and field based camera shots and management of production workflow for location based production

Quality Control for Ready-for-air broadcast materials
