Job responsibility comprises, control, manage and supervise the entire technical department under civil engineering projects, prepare technical and progress report and send it to the Project Manager for evaluation and consideration. Represent the company in any technical meetings, design the concrete mix and structural elements, and supervise the construction of structures. Also responsible for preparing capital, manpower and machinery requisition for project execution, prepare bill of quantities, responsible for supervising the design and re-design of the various projects, evaluating sub-contractors’ work and raised certificates, updating company’s data to meet ISO requirements. Maintained proper filing system including revision control for all documents and drawings. Transferred non standard files formats into the standardized formats ensuring uniform and complete information, provide training for the artisans and young engineers in the team and give necessary supervision and support to the design and construction team.
