Day to day running of the school.

Collaboration with managers to cater for curriculum based co & extra curricular programs/ excursions.
Track development of KPI's and other strategies and provide report to BOG.
Encourage participation in external Tests and Olympiads.
Meet with appropriate stakeholders to ensure examinations are well designed and authentic.
Track delivery of syllabus and check compliance to CCSS and scope & sequences both horizontally and vertically.
Enhance holistic growth of learners through programs that grow and increase a critical mind frame.
Responsible for the curriculum delivery; both American and IB ( PYP & MYP ), Developer of the annual calendar where assessments ( Formal ) and activities are mapped.
I ensure all logistics for the co & extra curricular activities are in place.
I follow -up on staffing issues and evaluation of staff members.
I contact Parents in regards to poor attendance and learners who feel challenged academically.
I organise meetings with all stake holders especially Parents.
All KPI's are my domain to follow action plans and analyse results.
Orientation of new learners and staff is a task I do.

Two year Honors in education degree - involved face to face lectures and a research thesis . Arabic and OBE in South Africa. Then completed a thesis ( MA) in the impact of Arabic language on the ethical values of it's speakers.
