The entire duration of the programme was 18 months. Did my course work in 2 semesters for a year, 6 months apart Worked on my project and did my defense within the final 6 months after which my graduation followed.
The degree program ran for a period of 4 years. Each year was split between 2 semesters for course work during which I was involved in laboratory work, took tests and end of semester exams. In my fourth year, I worked on my seminar and project. Did my defense just before my final exams then graduation followed.
